My good friend Jeff Casmer just flipped his popular work at home website 24hourwealth.com for a whopping $60,000 yesterday. Not a bad pay day if you ask me!
It looks like he got the upper hand on me as my biggest site flip to date was for $48,000 earlier this year. His site is actually overall quite similar to that one I sold when you look at the niches, rankings, traffic, and income they both have. But I did give him some tips to help him sell his so maybe I can take a tiny bit of credit for it? I guess we’ll see if he comments on this and agrees or not.
Anyway, this is just one more great example of how lucrative site flipping can be. If you add our two site flips together it comes out to $108,000 profit between them. You can definitely make money flipping websites!
