Website brokering is a great game, especially if you get into the higher priced sites and charge a little more % for your time and effort once you have built a list of buyers, etc. Luckily, this was your friend, but if you're doing it for a stranger, or even an acquaintance/online friend, be sure to get the deal in writing from both buyer and seller.
